NordScope grew out of HubHorizon, a RevOps consultancy I founded in 2020 to help Nordic and European B2B companies get more from HubSpot. Five years and dozens of portal audits later, one thing was clear: CRM debt that nobody could see until it broke something important.
Property sprawl. Inconsistent data. Fields nobody remembers creating. I felt these pains firsthand across organisations and migrations — and auditing portals manually doesn't scale. So I built PortalPilot, the tool I wished I'd had from day one.
In 2026, I established NordScope as the company behind both the consulting services and the app. Two arms, one mission: helping B2B teams understand and improve their CRM health.
All infrastructure and AI processing runs in the EU — hosted in Finland, AI in Paris. Because data protection matters, especially in Europe.
