Cumulative requests received to date

This page is updated within 30 days of receiving any law-enforcement request, unless a confidentiality order grounded in valid criminal-procedure law prohibits disclosure. In that case, the request is added to this report after the confidentiality clause expires.

Scope and methodology

This report covers requests received by NordScope (the legal entity operating PortalPilot, Finnish business ID 3148476-5) from law-enforcement authorities or national-security agencies seeking access to customer data processed in connection with the PortalPilot service.

The procedure for handling such requests is documented in the Data Processing Agreement and detailed in the CAIQ v4.0.3 answers for Q-DSP-18.1 and Q-DSP-18.2. Standard handling: verify the request is legally binding and within Finnish or EU mutual-assistance-framework jurisdiction; seek to narrow scope to minimum necessary; notify the customer (data controller) before disclosure unless a non-disclosure clause prohibited by applicable law applies; document the disclosure in the audit log.

Customer-facing companion reporting

Customers receiving a request directly (e.g., as data controllers) handle the request under their own controller-level obligations. NordScope, acting solely as data processor for customer data, supports such customer-side requests with the breach-record information and audit-log entries available under the DPA.
